Only a policy or contract owner has the authority to make changes to any policy/contract issued by our company. If you are not the policy/contract owner, the release of information or request for changes cannot be accepted even if you are the insured, annuitant or a designated beneficiary.
With proper documentation, changes will be accepted by the Owner's Power of Attorney, Conservator or Personal Representative.
